Physical Intervention Training
Summary
Physical Intervention training makes delegates aware of how challenging behaviour can begin and escalate in the workplace. They will understand their responsibilities for ensuring the safety of all staff and thus will also learn a range of holding and breakaway techniques which they may need to apply should they ever need to intervene in a physically challenging situation. This course is designed for all staff to ensure a high level of workplace safety and can be adapted to suit any sector, including care and those who look after behaviourally challenging patients.
